Among them, dandelion leaves had the strongest antioxidant activity, followed by dandelion whole grass and dandelion root. 1.3 Antitumor activity Dandelion contains a variety of polysaccharides, and polysaccharides have antitumor activity. The study found that dandelion extract showed good antitumor activity. 1.4 Anti-inflammatory activity The functional components such as sterols and flavonoids contained in dandelion have better anti-inflammatory activity. 02 Application of Dandelion Dandelion has a variety of health care functions, dandelion resources are abundant, and the price is low.
